1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the higs77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. higs77 does not permit access or participation by anyone under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 or older.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where online gaming activity is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the higs77 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise prohibited from entering contracts may not register or use the Platform.
4. One Account Per Person: You may hold only one registered Account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or any alias, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion or cooling-off period on higs77 or any affiliated platform. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access higs77's Services, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions govern account registration:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Indonesian identity card number (KTP number), residential address, email address, and active mobile phone number.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. higs77 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your login details.
3. Notification of Breach: You must notify higs77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to or misuse of your account.
4. No Account Transfer: Your Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
5. Truthfulness: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

higs77 is committed to operating a secure, compliant, and fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests and at any point we deem verification necessary.

4.1 Required Documents

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — KTP)
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP and a handwritten note bearing your higs77 username and the current date
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of your BCA, BRI, or Mandiri account showing your name and account number, or e-wallet account details for OVO, DANA, or GoPay)
• Additional documentation may be requested at higs77's discretion in cases of suspected fraud, irregular activity, or large withdrawal amounts

4.2 Verification Timeline

higs77 will endeavour to complete standard KYC reviews within 1–24 business hours of receiving complete documentation. Complex cases may require additional time. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC is successfully completed.

4.3 Refusal and Consequences

If a User refuses to provide requested KYC documentation, or if submitted documents are found to be fraudulent, altered, or otherwise unsatisfactory, higs77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold or reverse any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

higs77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction
• Maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and per day; refer to the payment information section for specific limits
• Deposits are typically credited to your higs77 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider
• higs77 does not charge a deposit fee. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are your responsibility
• Only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible
• Processing times: bank transfers typically 1–24 hours; e-wallet transfers typically 15 minutes to 6 hours. These are estimates and may vary due to bank processing schedules, Indonesian public holidays, and high-volume periods
• All withdrawals require a completed KYC verification. First-time withdrawals invariably trigger a KYC review
• higs77 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 per transaction
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted to the payment processor

5.4 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts on higs77 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). higs77 does not support foreign currency accounts or cryptocurrency transactions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

higs77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to verified, eligible Users unless otherwise stated. One bonus claim per User, per promotion, unless explicitly permitted.
2. Wagering Requirements: Unless designated as a "no wagering" promotion, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) is stated on each promotion's terms page. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both — as specified per promotion.
3. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games typically contribute 10–20%; sports bets contribute a percentage that varies by market and odds. Specific contribution rates are published on the promotions page.
4. Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited without notice.
5. Bonus Abuse: higs77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, low-risk staking strategies designed to extract bonus value, and coordinated exploitation of promotions by related accounts. higs77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
6. Withdrawal Prior to Completion: Requesting a withdrawal while Bonus Funds remain in your account will result in the automatic forfeiture of all remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
7. higs77 Rights: higs77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that no modification shall retroactively reduce the value of a bonus already actively wagered by a User in good faith.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on higs77 — including sports betting (bandar bola, football bookmaking), lottery (togel, numbers lottery), live casino, slots, and esports — are governed by the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules pub lished within each respective game or market interface:

1. Bet Acceptance: A bet or wager is only valid once confirmed by the higs77 system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Verbal, written, or otherwise implied wagers are not binding on higs77.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, per market, and per User account. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface and may be adjusted by higs77 at any time.
3. Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a software error, technical malfunction, system fault, or incorrect odds display, higs77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users' accounts. higs77 shall bear no liability for losses arising from or related to technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
4. Odds Changes: For pre-match sports betting, odds accepted at the time of bet placement are binding. For live (in-play) markets, higs77 reserves the right to suspend markets and reject bets where live data indicates a significant change in event circumstances.
5. Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, suspended, or postponed beyond the standard re-scheduling window (as determined by the relevant governing body), all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless a specific result had already been determined prior to abandonment.
6. Togel Draw Integrity: All togel (numbers lottery) draws on higs77 reference official draw results from the relevant issuing bodies. Any dispute regarding draw results must be raised within 24 hours of the draw via [email protected].

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: You may configure session reminders and maximum session durations to help manage the time you spend on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel they need a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed and you will be prevented from opening a new account on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications remind you of the duration of your current session and the net result of your gaming activity during that period.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the higs77 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access, interact with, or place bets on the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other Users or third parties
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity
• Creating multiple accounts or using the identity of another person to circumvent eligibility restrictions, self-exclusion periods, or verification requirements
• Reverse-engineering, copying, scraping, or reproducing any part of the Platform's code, data, or content without express written consent from higs77
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication directed at higs77 staff or other Users
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location via VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the higs77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, source code, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of higs77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other use is permitted without prior written consent from higs77.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

1. No Guarantee of Winnings: higs77 makes no representation or warranty that you will win any particular amount, or any amount at all, through use of the Platform. Gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or real-world event results, both of which are beyond higs77's control.
2. Service Availability: higs77 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.
3. Cap on Liability: In no event shall higs77's total aggregate liability to any User exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any amounts already returned to the User as winnings or withdrawals.
4. Exclusion of Consequential Losses: higs77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
5. User Responsibility: You accept full responsibility for any decisions made based on information, odds, or content available on the Platform. higs77 is not liable for losses arising from your own gaming decisions.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

higs77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• An account remaining inactive (no login, no wager, no deposit) for a continuous period of 12 months

Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds, Bonus Funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited at higs77's discretion, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation. Where termination occurs for reasons other than a User's breach (e.g., higs77 ceasing to operate in a jurisdiction), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

higs77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. Key principles include:

• Data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and regulatory compliance
• higs77 does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organizations
• Data is retained for a minimum of five years following account closure, in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering record-keeping obligations
• Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal retention requirements

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which higs77 is incorporated and licensed internationally. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in that jurisdiction.

Users based in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local regulations and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their access to the Platform complies with all applicable Indonesian laws. higs77 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.

15. Amendments

higs77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, higs77 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by email to the address registered on your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance in accordance with Section 5.3.
